# Adeona and CoachKeep

> CoachKeep, made by Adeona, is software for coaching and counselling practices in India. It keeps enquiries, calls, follow-ups, bookings, a team mailbox, email campaigns and invoices (with GST, part payments and instalments) in one place, and opens each day on a single list of what to do next.

Facts in brief (as of 5 November 2026):
- Who it is for: solo coaches, counsellors and therapists, and small practices, in India.
- Calls are made from the coach's own phone; CoachKeep records the outcome in two taps.
- WhatsApp: opens a chat with the message ready; it does not send WhatsApp automatically.
- Bookings: public booking page, email confirmation and reminder, reschedule/cancel links, Zoom meetings, embeddable on any website.
- Email: shared mailbox; campaigns only to people who consented, one-click unsubscribe, 5,000 a month per practice by default, sent via Amazon SES, no open/click tracking.
- Invoices: optional GST, PDF, email or WhatsApp sharing, part payments, instalment plans, overdue reminders. No online payment processing or payment links today.
- Privacy: built for India's DPDP Act 2023; consent recorded per purpose; each practice's data in its own database; two-factor sign-in; audit trail; data export.
- Not available today: own-domain campaign sending, automated WhatsApp, payment links, Google Calendar connection for customers, Instagram/Facebook lead ad import.
- Pricing: ₹1,999 a month. Founder offer: ₹1,199 a month, paid quarterly (₹3,597 every three months). No lock-in; cancel any time.
