Five tools that disagree
- The same name and number typed into a spreadsheet, a phone and a calendar
- Follow-ups remembered, or not
- Nobody can tell who was last in touch, or what was said
- A new member of staff starts from a pile of chats
Small businesses run on a spreadsheet, a phone and a notebook, with the same details copied between them by hand. We make one place where the work connects, so nothing is typed twice and nothing is forgotten.
Our first product, CoachKeep, is opening to a small group of coaching practices.
An enquiry comes in on the website, the call happens on a phone, the booking goes in another tool and the follow-up lives in someone's head. Every hand-over is a place where a person gets forgotten.
We build one product at a time, for one kind of business, and stay with it until it works well.
Enquiries, calls, bookings and email for a coaching practice, in one place. Every enquiry answered, every follow-up kept.
Courses, learners and their progress in one place, built on the same rules as CoachKeep. Not open yet; tell us if you would like to hear when it is.
We are learning which kinds of business to build for after coaching. If your days look like the first list above, we would like to hear how your work runs.
Four rules every Adeona product follows, whoever it is for.
Everything about a client lives in one place, not in five tools that disagree.
If it already knows what to do next, it does it, and leaves the decisions to you.
Clear words, and it says so when it is unsure, rather than guessing for you.
Take it out whenever you want. We never sell it, show ads with it or train AI on it.
Your clients trust you with their details. Our products are built so that trust holds.
Nobody is emailed for a purpose they did not agree to. What they agreed to, and when, stays on their record.
We do not track whether someone opened your email or clicked a link.
Sign-in supports a second factor, and sensitive actions ask for it again.
Roles decide what each member of staff can open. When something is hidden, the screen says so instead of looking empty.
Who runs the service, where data goes and how to take it out is written in plain words in our privacy notice and terms.
Adeona is run by Suyyash Raj Arora, based in India. We sit with the people who do the work, watch a real day, and build the smallest thing that takes the admin away. When you write to us, the person who answers is the person who builds it.
The name comes from Adeona, who in Roman belief watched over people on their way home. The swallow in our mark is the bird that always comes back. We would like every enquiry to find its way back to you in the same way.
A question about CoachKeep, an idea for your kind of business, or something that is not working: message us and a person answers.
